This notice describes the data Mindow processes during the early beta.
Data we collect
We store your OAuth account identifier, email, provider avatar, display name, conversations, thought maps, plan usage, beta status, and operational AI request metadata. We do not store provider-side AI responses for training; OpenAI requests are sent with storage disabled.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate you, operate and secure the product, enforce limits, measure cost and reliability, and improve the experience.
Cookies
Essential cookies support authentication, security, theme, and consent preferences. Optional analytics are disabled unless you explicitly allow them.
Service providers
Mindow relies on infrastructure and AI providers such as Supabase, hosting infrastructure, OAuth providers, and OpenAI. They process only the data needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can edit your display name and control optional cookies. Account deletion and data export requests will be handled through the support contact published before production launch.
